SUB-ACUTE CENTRES OF EXCELLENCE FOR MEDICALLY COMPLEX REHABILITATION

ABOUT

Care@Midstream is a member of the ClaytonCare Group. We provide centres of excellence for medically complex rehabilitation with the focus on sub-acute rehabilitation healthcare services including orthopaedic, neurological, medically complex and ventilated patients. The facility provides high care, sub-acute and rehabilitation wards with global tariff or fee for service agreements with funders.

Care@Midstream was established in 2011 as a self-contained sub-acute facility, until the facility merged with Clayton House in 2018.

Care@Midstream moved to a new and improved facility in the Midrand Estate in 2021. All patients now receive a private room with on-suite bathroom, which naturally leads to a smaller chance of contracting hospital acquired infections.
